Alleima offers a service to remove the polymer coating from the ends of coated wire with precise tolerances so that the leads can be used directly in downstream manufacturing operations.
The stripped length can typically range from 5 to 100 mm (0.2 to 3.9 in.) and can be performed on most coatings that Alleima provides. The tolerance on stripped length will be dependent on the actual length of the stripped area, alloy and coating type and wire diameter. Contact us for more information about what is possible.
