Alleima offers medical wire-based components, ribbon, multi-filar or stranded cables in precisely cut to length pieces to allow for more efficient processing at the point of use for some applications.
The typical size diameter range is 0.025 to 1mm (0.001 to 0.0393 in.), however other sizes may also be available depending on the alloy, temper, shape and length required.
Wire straightening can also be requested if required for the application. Straightness will be performed in accordance with ASTM F2819 unless otherwise specified.
The length can range from 5 to 1800 mm (0.2 to 71 in.) for most applications. The length tolerance will be dependent on overall length. Contact us for more information about your specific requirement.
