Alleima offers prototype and custom coiling services to support your development and/or product needs.
The coil configurations can range from free standing inductive type coils to single and multi-filar helicoil configurations. The coils can be made from bare metal or alloy wire for the helicoils or polymer coating for free standing and helicoil applications. Wire diameters can range from 0.025 to 0.254 mm (0.001 to 0.010 in.). Other sizes may be available upon request.
