Our solutions that we showcased include:

• Umbilical Tubes – A super-duplex stainless steel that combines high corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. With excellent resistance to seawater and marine environments, it is particularly well-suited for applications exposed to high stress in aggressive chloride-rich environments.
• Control Lines – Control Lines solutions include encapsulation, flatpacks with or without TEC lines, tubes made from austenitic Fe, Ni-base alloys, or duplex stainless steel, available in seamless or welded conditions. Our flatpacks are fully hydrostatic tested, flushed, fluid-filled, and promptly delivered to your site on wooden or metal spools directly from our local facility in Malaysia.
• Downhole Casing and Production Tubing (OCTG) – Made in corrosion resistant alloys such as duplex stainless steels and austenitic Fe- and Ni-base alloys, ideal for coping with aggressive environments in wells sour from hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other chemicals.

In particular, we were excited to share about our new super-duplex seamless tube, SAF™ 3007, which builds on the success of the SAF™ 2507 and represents the next-generation of the duplex revolution. With superior strength and fatigue properties as well as excellent corrosion resistance, the SAF™ 3007 is perfect for some of the most challenging environments in subsea areas.
