Meet our products

Sanergy™ LT

Scale up your production. Drive down manufacturing costs of bipolar plates for Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell (PEFC) applications. Sanergy™ LT technology hands you PVD coated coil in continuous lengths up to more than 10,000 meters. All with nanometer-level precision.

Sanergy™ HT

More cost-effective, industrial scale production of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) interconnectors starts here. As new stack designs for stationary power units are capable of reducing operating temperatures to the 600 – 800°C range, alternatives to traditional ceramic plate materials can now be explored. Solutions like Sanergy™ HT.

Coated strip steel properties

Our coated steel strip provides unique, enhanced and new combinations of properties. Our steel strip also contributes to the reduction of manufacturing steps in several applications where it is used.

A process designed for quality

Homogenous coating of the entire strip surface. Consistent quality, from coil to coil. Reliability is everything with coating. That’s why we’ve devised a PVD (physical vapor deposition) process with roll-to-roll type continuous coating of wide width strip steel. At industrial scale, this significantly shortens the value chain.

The faster way from raw material to bipolar plate

With a coated steel strip ready to be pressed into bipolar plates for fuel cells, the Alleima smarter coatings concept drastically shortens the production process. By removing the need and cost of coating individual plates, your entire value chain is transformed overnight.
