Safety is our first priority. We are convinced that all accidents can be prevented. We continuously assess hazards and associated risks in our operations and take actions to improve our workplaces, and to mitigate the risks for our employees. We act safely and encourage others to do the same both at and outside work.
Every day it is our ambition to further strengthen our safety culture. We have a strong focus on prevention and safety leadership and continue to further develop our management system as the strong foundation for our safe activities.
Through active cooperation with our customers, authorities, and industry organizations, we continuously improve the working environment in the steel industry. We also partner with other like-minded companies, learning from their successes and gaining added momentum for our own step-by-step safety journey.
