Through its market-leading development and manufacture of heating technology and resistance materials, Kanthal is driving the industry’s shift from fossil fuel-based furnaces to electrical ones. Kanthal also offers ultra-fine wire in stainless steel and precious metals. These are used in medical and electronic appliances where durability is key to functionality and longevity.

Strip also offers a portfolio of pre-coated strip steel for one of the most critical components in the hydrogen fuel stack; the bipolar plates.
