By producing HX tubing in a sustainable way that lasts longer, resists corrosion, we can significantly extend the lifecycle of the heat exchanger. For example, our super-austenitic Sanicro® 35 offers a smart alternative to costly nickel alloys. Depending on your needs, other Sanicro or duplex grades are also available.

Fully integrated production
To avoid plugging and downtime, our seamless stainless heat exchanger tube and alloys are produced to last and uphold the highest quality standards. The tube is made from 84% recycled steel using fossil-free electricity in a fully integrated production process, with 100% ultrasonic testing.
Wide range of dimensions
Our heat exchanger tube portfolio includes imperial and metric sizes, from outside diameter 12 mm up to 40 mm (0.472 to 1.575 in.). Special sizes can be made to order. Alleima heat exchanger tubes are supplied in straight lengths up to 30 meters, or as U-bent tubes.
