Sanicro® 35
Alleima’s Sanicro® 35 combines the best of super austenitic stainless steel and a nickel alloy. Having incredible resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, as well as high mechanical strength and excellent resistance in acid and caustic environments.
This makes Sanicro® 35 the ideal solution for use with seawater where heating and cooling occurs as well as oil and gas applications and in other demanding environments.
SAF™ 3006
Designed specifically for heat exchangers in the chemical and petrochemical industries, SAF™ 3006 enhances corrosion resistance and demonstrates increased mechanical strength.
This Alleima grade provides a superior, lighter, cost effective alternative to austenitic stainless steel and nickel alloys, made to resist acids in heat exchangers with or without the presence of seawater cooling.
In comparison to SAF™ 2507 - SAF™ 3006 provides equal or better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.
As a super duplex SAF™ 2507 also offers superior performance in highly corrosive environments with the added benefit of physical properties that offer design advantages.
Alleima® High N- 50 Bar
Our high-strength, non-magnetic, austenitic stainless steel incorporates a nitrogen enhanced Z-phase for superior performance.
It is available in two distinct variations: HighN50-A (annealed) and HighN50-HS (high strength), designed for diverse industrial applications.
Alleima - Supporting the Energy Transition
